We may display and push relevant information using browsing and search history, device details, and indirect crowd profiling. Users may opt-out of receiving commercial advertisements at any time. Device information and log data do not individually identify individuals. Any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services will be provided to you in accordance with relevant arrangements.

Requests for correction or supplementation can be made in the manner outlined in the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" section.
3. Deletion of Your Personal Information: You may delete some of your personal information through the methods listed in the "Accessing and Editing Your Personal Information" section. You may request the deletion of your personal information in the following cases: a. Violation of laws and regulations in handling personal information; b. Collection or use of your personal information without explicit consent; c. Serious violation of the agreement between us and you in handling personal information; d. Discontinuation of use of our products or services, or voluntary account cancellation; e. Discontinuation of product or service provision by us.

If your deletion request is accepted, individuals who received your personal information from us will be notified to promptly delete it, unless required by law or regulation, or if you have independently authorized it. Deleted information may not be immediately removed from our backup system, but it will be deleted when the backup is updated to ensure complete removal.

Certain business functions and services require your personal information for fulfillment. If consent is withdrawn, we may not be able to continue providing these functions and services and will cease processing your corresponding personal information. Please note that your account will be instantly canceled after a successful application, without manual review. Upon account cancellation, we will cease providing you with products or services, delete your personal information in accordance with relevant laws, or anonymize it.
7. Constraints on Automatic Decision-Making by Information Systems: In some business operations, automated decision-making mechanisms may be used. If such decisions significantly impact your lawful rights and interests, you may request an explanation. We will provide a channel for appeal that respects LIVI's trade secrets, other users' rights and interests, and the public interest.
8. Responding to Your Requests: If necessary, a written request or proof of identity may be required for security purposes. We may ask you to confirm your identity before proceeding. We will respond within 15 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can submit a complaint through LIVI Customer Service. We strive to fulfill reasonable requests but may deny those that repeat unnecessary information, demand extensive technical resources, jeopardize the legal rights of others, or are highly impractical.
Limitations: We may not be able to respond to your request in accordance with laws and regulations in the following cases: a. Related to national security or defense; b. Related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests; c. Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial, or judgment execution; d. Evidence of subjective malice or abuse of rights by the subject of personal information; e. Responding to your request would result in serious damage to your legitimate rights and interests or those of others; f. Involvement of commercial secrets.

We are committed to not transferring personal information outside of China.
